1. Introduction
By purchasing or participating in any service or product offered by Agilistic Ltd, including but not limited to coaching, mentoring, self-study courses, and community memberships, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms exist to protect both you (the client/member) and us (the provider), and ensure a fair, professional, and transparent experience for all.
2. Services Covered
These terms apply to the following offerings:

Group Coaching and Mastermind Programmes

Self-Study Courses (digital products)

The Agile Mastery Club Membership
Each service has its own terms in addition to the general conditions below.
3. Coaching and Mentoring (1:1 or Group)
Scheduling & Cancellations:

Sessions must be scheduled in advance using the booking system provided.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.
Refunds:

Coaching services are non-refundable once the programme or package has commenced.

If you’re unhappy with the service, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue.
Commitment & Expiry:

Coaching packages must be used within the timeframe agreed at the point of purchase (e.g., 3 months for 6 sessions).

Unused sessions after this time may expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Self-Study Courses (Digital Products)
Access & Delivery:

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate or scheduled access to the materials.

Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed.
Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience technical issues, please contact support within 7 days of purchase.
5. Community Membership (e.g., The Agile Master Academy)
Access & Billing:

Membership is billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellations & Refunds:

No partial refunds are issued for time remaining in the billing period.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Paused or Revoked Access:

Membership may be paused or terminated if community guidelines are breached.

We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion in the case of misconduct or non-payment.
6. General Terms
Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy. Anything discussed in coaching or mentoring sessions will remain confidential unless required by law.
Intellectual Property:

All content provided, including templates, videos, PDFs, and course materials, remain the intellectual property of Agilistic Ltd.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

Technology:

You are responsible for ensuring you have access to the required technology (e.g., Zoom, email, internet).

We are not liable for technical issues outside of our control.
Code of Conduct:

We expect respectful and professional behaviour in all engagements.

Abuse, harassment, or trolling will result in immediate removal without refund.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or within the member portal.
