I’m Steve Martin, an experienced Agile Transformation Consultant who has guided organisations across Europe and through complex change. For nearly two decades, I’ve helped senior leaders accelerate transformation initiatives, align leadership teams, and develop the internal capability needed to sustain agility long after external consultants leave. My work spans from executive strategy workshops and operating model design, to building the confidence and effectiveness of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and change leaders across the enterprise.
