My Story

I've been coaching leaders and senior leaders of product teams for over 12 years across major global organisations. I'm a certified instructor and coach and I have a great passion in working with people, especially new functional and chapter leaders who are usually thrust into the role without too much support - I see it as my mission to be The Agile Leadership Coach.

I fully understand that as leaders in these roles, you face unique challenges and require specialised skills. That's why my mission is to help leaders just like you through personalised 1-1 coaching and training. I can't wait to help you on this transformative journey as you are equipped you with the tools and knowledge to excel in your leadership role.

This is one area that I feel falls through the cracks when leaders just like you need just as much, if not more support to adapt to a new way of working and culture. It does exist but in small pockets and without real structure. 

I'm here to change all of that and am the go to guy for Agile Leaders. To gain expert knowledge, experience and tried and tested techniques for managers who lead product development teams, but really struggle with constantly fire-fighting, challenges from all angles, burnout from teams.... I've coached leaders and teams in some of the world's largest organisations. My experience spans in Agile Transformation, utilising techniques for team, portfolio and senior level change. I see Leaders as the key to optimum agility across a portfolio and the wider organisation and my book "Change Starts at the Very Top covers this in depth.

My Approach

I use an thorough Agile Leadership Assessment to gauge development areas and strengths of the leader before creating a structured development plan that includes training, coaching and facilitation.

I offer both 1-1 and group coaching programmes for leaders to get the support required to help grow and supercharge their careers.

Each programme is structured to cover all aspects of leadership; from the practical implementation of Agile practice, through to the soft skills of emotional intelligence and the mindset change required for optimum leadership agility.
