Pre-Work & Coaching Self-Assessment

Before the live training, you complete a simple self-assessment and a short piece of pre-work. It gives you a clear baseline of where you are now and what you want to develop during the programme.

2-Day ICAgile ACC Training

You join a focused 2-day training where we cover professional coaching skills, the Agile coaching stance, core practices, and how to apply them in real contexts. This forms the foundation for the rest of your development and meets all ICAgile learning outcomes.

Bi-Weekly Group Coaching Sessions

Across 6 months, you join 12 live group coaching sessions with your cohort:

  • Bi-weekly rhythm so you have time to apply learning between sessions.

You complete a capstone project based on a real coaching scenario. Together we review your development, your capstone, and your self-assessment. If you meet the competencies, you are recommended for ICAgile ACC certification, along with a development report you can use for your next career move.

Leadership Mastery Training (ICP-LEA)

Most Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches are pushed into leadership situations without ever being taught how to lead. They’re expected to influence senior stakeholders, navigate conflict, and support decisions — but the profession rarely provides proper development for this part of the role.
